Mitch Monson
Lead Advisor
Starting his career in corporate planning, Mitch saw firsthand how differently larger companies structure tax-favored compensation and executive benefits. What stood out most was how intentional that planning was, and how rarely smaller, successful organizations were exposed to the same level of strategy.
Aiming to rescue clients from the “mediocre middle,” he builds tax-efficient plans that help people keep more of their money and plan for a meaningful second phase of life.
Mitch is a Certified Estate PlannerTM and an investment advisor representative. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Utah. Mitch was raised in Utah's Salt Lake City valley, passing through other notable locations [Chicago and San Francisco] before landing in Phoenix. He enjoys mountain biking with sons Sam and Nate as well as disc golfing with his youngest, Eli!
